The largest festival of music is back in play this April, so are you all geared up to soak in the sun and party all weekend with great music?


Well don’t worry, this handy guide will get you all set for enjoying the three day non-stop party.

The Coachella music festival is conducted yearly at the Empire Polo Club, Indio in California. To be precise, it’s exactly in the middle of the Colorado Desert.

The festival witnesses performances by leading music artists from across the globe, and stunning displays and arts and performances from various genres of artists as well.

A closer look at the Coachella festival grounds

Live performances are held continuously on the main stages setup across the grounds.

Some of the stages you will have to look out for are the Coachella Stage, the Gobi Tent, the Sahara Tent, the Mohave Tent and the Outdoor Theater where most of the major performances take place.

Find your way across the grounds and learn how to get to the stages before the crowd starts filling in the grounds. The festival is held on two weekends one from April 10 – 12, 2015. and the other from April 17 – 19, 2015.

Getting passes and ensuring a place in the party hassle free

Passes to the festival can be bought directly from the official Coachella website and everything right from event passes for the weekends, camping slots, dinner and buffet, and even parking lot passes can purchased online.

This year the festival organizers have announced a wrist band technology which will act as your personal pass for all the events. The wrist bands will be shipped to you on purchasing the passes, and will have to be activated online at the website.

Important points to note are, only two passes per purchase are allowed and the entrant should be over 18 to attend the festival.
